Right, after many hours of work I have completed the introduction for my first DM article on my home-brew sub-sector. Now I am starting to run out of expertise, specifically, I would like help developing navigator special abilities and an eldar sub-faction and non-standard equipment.

Remember that Navigators have been covered within the pages of Exterminatus magazine (many years ago, admitedly), so don't reinvent the wheel! Do you have access to the rules I'm talking about?
Yes I do, sorry about that, and come to think of it there is an eldar article,
but I felt like creating a desert scavengers faction (velterax eldar)
That sounds like an interesting faction - why not start a thread in the Dark Millennium section and ask questions about the bits you need help with? Obviously you don't want to give away everything you plan to put in the article, but if you have specific things you need to know then I'm sure people will help where they can.
