I find both scales are reasonable for use in Inquisitor.
1/35 or 1/32 vehicles on the other hand are hit or miss.

Anyone grabbed this guy?
I'm debating whether or not to get one to convert into a kasrkin.

No, but a couple of us bought the Space Guard (Mordian soldier) model when it was first released. Casting quality is good. He's reasonably tall for 54mm as well as I recall.
It's all fun and games until someone shoots their own guy with a Graviton gun instead of the MASSIVE SPIDER.

Nice minis.
Maybe I'll have to grab a guardsman after all.
Thanks!

Artel W have just release another 54mm model, this time of their new Inquisitor. He looks pretty fab, but is limited edition (only 150) and $40/£30.

Have a feeling I should probably get a model or two myself before posting this, but Chaosorc has a small selection of models at the moment.

May have to play around with it a little, but did just notice that heroforge has XL Plastic and XL Steel options, bringing their 30mm minis up to 1:30 (about 54mm) scale.

Yes. This has not been tested due to the price (a 1:30 mini from heroforge will cost about $60).
It should be noted, however, that the print quality is pretty damn good for their 30mm scale minis (at $30 for the good stuff (premium plastic) this is a little more tolerable to swallow), so a 1:30 model might be decent if it is available in XL Premium Plastic someday.

The normal plastic isn't bad, but seems to suffer from a loss of detail - or details are fuzzier than the premium plastic.

I think they've come up before, but I picked up the three 'Cyber Monk Statues' from HiTech Miniatures at Salute today.
All three for £10, usually £4 each.

They are pretty good for simple clean shapes and a bit of detail on the front, and scale near-perfectly.
Decent casts too.

I'll probably paint them up as wardens for my Magos' next day trip out of his correctional facility for the next 54mm play day.

I've not used those specifically, but if they're intended as replacements for Ork weapons, they should work pretty well on on many 54mm models. Lots of people have used GW's 28mm Ork parts as a source for stub-autos and the like.

Captain L. Rollin: "Nonsense. Never heard of it."
Birgen: "Pick a window. I'll demonstrate".
