GW Inquisitor range.

I was wondering if certain models came with a mix of parts.

Like the Eldar ranger, is the mask option that was in the conversion kit still available? Maybe mixed in with the Eldar ranger model?

Also, is Hunt Team Leader Lucretia in with Barbaretta?

If not could anyone suggest of a place/website or means of obtaining any parts that are no longer for front-of-store sale?

Thanks.

I think the extra bits for the ranger and hunt team lucretia were included but I don't know if they still are. You may want to ring games workshop and check.

Some of the models with two versions were available inb the same set and some weren't. I don't think you could get techpriest Tezla or the second rogue trader.

p.s. Games Workshop website still says this for Barbaretta: This boxed set contains one 54mm Enforcer model that can be assembled as either Barbaretta or Lucretia and one Cyber Mastiff. The set comes with two 40mm round bases.

which should mean that you get the parts for both.

Unfortunately as far as I can remember there hasn't been a great deal of consistency on this matter, even when the game was actually supported.
Theoretically as Cortez says there 'should' be the parts to make Lucretia in the Barbaretta box but there may not be (although the text on the website means you could complain if there wasn't).

As to the others sometimes they're in, sometimes they aren't. I definitely didn't get the Jan Van Yaastobal parts in any of the three castelan's I've bought over the years.

The ranger I bought did have the extras but thats not a guarantee I'm afraid. Same with the Kroot.

Best to call and ask whats in the box if in doubt. GW used to have v good customer service over the telephone.

According to the GW website, you get the parts for Simeon 38X with Damien 1427, Lucrezia Bravus with Barbaretta, Damien Bloodhound with Slick Devlan and Emissary Fabian with Quovandius. I can vouch for the last one personally, in fact I got two Fabian right arms. I have also ordered two Delphan Gruss models and didn't get the parts for Tech Priest Tezla with either of them.

This time last year, I got the Fabian parts with Quovandius and likewise Lucretia (open and closed helms) in with Barbaretta as advertised.

The Arcadian Smugglers Ring is the first place I'd ask about OOP parts for sale/trade, if you don't already know it.

@Hadriel:  When did you get your ranger, Hadriel?  Everything I'd heard said that the ranger comes without extras so it's been low in my prioritities.

Hadriel Caine

I got my ranger a while ago. Maybe 5 years? Whenever they cancelled the bits service from mail order. There was a period of extreme confusion for specialist games (presumably as they were gearing up for shelving the unit and moving into finecast to boot) as a result a lot of minis came with some odd parts, quite a lot of missing bits and occasionally multiples of things. They even had the unreleased citizens on the website for a bit but whenever you ordered them it didn't work. Essentially nothing is guaranteed which, whilst appropriate given the nature and ethos of the game, is somewhat annoying.
