54mm 'heroic' Sci-Fi weapons
« on: September 30, 2013, 04:30:27 AM »
Hi all,

I am looking to find alternate manufacturers for 54mm 'heroic' sci-fi weapons, particularly guns. I have tried some 1/32 WW2 weapons packs, but they are way too small, except for perhaps the heavier weapons which could make machine pistols and the like.

So, any suggestions? I know that Ork weapons already fit the bill, but I am wanting to look outside the usual GW parts. I have browsed through the 54mm manufacturers list, but haven't been able to spot anything yet. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you taken a look at Zinge Industries? Some of their Large Mutant stuff is very large but works rather nicely on eg. Major Jaxon.

Anvil Industry, though mostly geared towards 28mm things, also do some bigger things that could serve nicely with a bit of work.
