A book about Covenant, Josef, and their pet rogue trader vs some radical heretics.
I'm pretty sure it belongs here as this is new background about core LRB characters.
I think I might buy this one.

GOOD NEWS
(potentially?!)
Looks like BL are releasing/have released a new book series called the Horusian Wars - first entry is called Resurrection - with Inquisitor Covenant as the main protagonist. Looks like there are a couple of familiar characters appearing on the front  cover too.
Potentially exciting times for our hallowed community...

It is interesting to see that GW have been revisiting several Inquisitor characters recently. Artemis made a return for the Death Masque box, and now we have Inquisitor Covenant leading a Black Library novel - it does open up the question of what next.

I honestly don't expect to see a new version of Inquisitor (there's not been a peep out of the Specialist Games team about it, despite a lot of openness from that team in general), but along with a lot of other things that GW have done recently, it does start to suggest that GW are finally getting a grip on the importance of nostalgia.
S.Sgt Silva Birgen: "Good evening, we're here from the Adeptus Defenestratus."
Captain L. Rollin: "Nonsense. Never heard of it."
Birgen: "Pick a window. I'll demonstrate".

Book arrived in the post (after being delivered to the wrong address).
Trip report so far - it's interesting, albeit slightly slow opening. Keep your eyes open though as you'll see some old favourites from the LRB kicking around (outside of the obvious).
It's also hardcover, so it's great for beating people over the head with how awesome Inquisitor can be as a setting/ethos/etc.

I made a very strange and high-pitched sound when I saw this book at my local store - can't afford to buy it just yet, but I will eventually.

The book I'll snap up on day one regardless of my bank balance will be Penitent - if Dan Abnett ever finishes it...

Just finished the book. Looks like it has a nice gap for a sequel
