I concur, this is a nice model.  Considering it's wearing breathing gear, it has a very human look about it.  The colour sheme fits with the ash wastes concept well.

Very nice work Ruaridh. The brown and grey scheme looks just like what I had in mind, and the base ties in nicely. I really like the use of the yellow detailing to break it up.

The only suggestion I have is to pick out the blocks on the side of the lasgun in metal to break up the brown a little bit.
