Speaking of gaff prone posh types surely Prince Philip is ripe source material for the 41st milenium. He's bad enough in our world imagine if he had a whole galaxy to be racist about.
I molded the planetary governor of one of my Inquisitor planets on Burlisconi. One PC ended up gatecrashing his garden party with a Leman Russ Demolisher.

Oh, if only...
Foolish aristos don't appear enough, I think. Mostly their foolishness isn't so much foolishness, as Imperially supported ignorance - the Governor who wouldn't return soul stones, for example.
