Second attempt:  A gauze wrapped mask with one bionic eye and a respirator.

More pictures man! And big is better with these fine detail tiny heads :) very very creepy idea and look, but more pictures please :D

plus dangly straps wouldn't be castable ;)

i think better pics / closeups would help as its a bit hard to make the details out  :-[
