Nice - definately fits the bill as a Chem Dog, I like his stained/grubby appearance - although he seems to have recently laundered his clothes and keeps his armour very clean; how about getting some of that ink into the folds and on the edges of his kit?
What did you use to make the mask and rebreather? I do like the Sgt Stone model, and Im always glad to see that stock head without the comedy staples, which I think you have done very neatly.
will try to grubby up the clothes soon, the rebreather is a miliput facepeice with the dial off an ork burna attached to the bottom, the pipes are lead wire bent into position with brass pipe with strips of alluminiom tape for the canisters with a chunk of ork dakkagun attached to them to form a kind of vent.
