Blood Moon miniatures have just posted pics of their forthcoming 4-armed Aliens (60mm in height):

Would make a nice bodyguard for a Xenos Inquisitor :)

WOWZA!!! These are very awesome!

Would make interesting genestealer cultist conversions, but the fact that they're all armed the same says xenos bodyguard troop to me. They're organised, they're uniform and they're goddamn muscly.
