Looks like the illustration in the rulebook. Pricey, but i had to have one!

you know probably the only thing stopping this being a commercial product is the ecclessiarch logo on the book on his belt.

Not at all.  It's clearly based on proprietary artwork.  There's a brilliant Russian sculptor (might be this one) who made a load a sculpts based on Blanche paintings and illustrations from the WFRP2 rulebook who got slapped with a C&D - not from GW, but from John Blanche personally.

Huh, and here I'd always assumed that in Russia Games Workshop gives you large sums of money...
