Both are nice models but I find the Barbaretta conversion very inspiring.

That model just came 1st in the "28-32mm Fantasy or Steampunk Vehicle or Monster" category AND overall 2nd place at the Crystal Brush (http://crystalbrush.coolminiornot.com/cbwinners/index) painting competition at Adepticon this weekend - that's a $2,000 prize for 2nd place.
