Title: "Crack Shot"

Sorry to bother you all, and I know I've probably missed something very obvious, but I wondered what the "Crack Shot" Ability does. The Vindicare Assassin, and other characters as well, possibly, has "Crack Shot" but the Inquisitor Rulebook doesn't mention it. Does anyone know where the rules for it are?
