Hi I'v looked at the gw site and looked the the =I= rules pdf and I noticed u can't print out the rules summary since it's not available. Is there someplace I can go to, so I can print it out. I'm just getting to grips with the rules.
Thanks.
Try the link in Marco Skolls signature, he hosts pretty much every resource you will ever need for Inquisitor with Mechanicus like faith and loyalty.
Long live Marco! (the crazy tooled up wolfy man)
Thanks I already downloaded the bundle pack, very useful. I went thru it and I could not find a rules summary sheet like in the back of the =I= rulebook.
To the best of my knowledge GW never made those summary pages at the back of the rulebook available as a PDF.
And as such, I can't make those pages available. I will happily supply out of print material, but can't in good conscience put scans of anything that's still on sale on the Archive. Even if it is GW I'm screwing.
However, I do recommend InqRef.pdf instead. It does include most of that information.
Ah I do believe the Inqref.pdf was the one I was thinking of, everything you need on there anyway!
Thank you for making so much out of print material available. ;D I'v been test running the rules and getting a better idea of the order of procedure. Having access to those files now makes my learning and outlook on the game easier and more expansive than I first thought available.
Question... If a character is prone can they parry in cc?
Positioning: A defender who is prone loses -20% to parry.
Of course, the GM may decide they're not capable of parrying at all and just have to try and roll out of the way (i.e. dodge).

Actually, it was all part of a cunning plan to get a custom title, which finally came to fruition recently. :P
Side effects have included receiving surprise gifts, people stroking my ego and a number of individuals feeling they somehow owe me favours.
In the recovery rules it says you can you can use an actions to recover. So my character or a member in the warband gives up an action during the recovery phase or in the actions phase?
You get a free recovery action at the end of each turn you are conscious (unless you have True Grit, in which case when you're unconscious too) - however, this will not heal location injury, just your injury total.
If you use actions to heal, you also heal a level of location injury (but normally, you cannot heal a location more than two levels from the worst it has been injured that game).
