GWs new Mangler Squigs (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=&prodId=prod1390124a) make perfect INQ scale squigs.
Although seeming as that's a 60mm base that they come one, it may be a bit big for some peoples tastes, but if you really compare a 28mm man with squig it just about works out the same.
