I've been into Inquisitor for quite some time now, and even longer into 40k in-general. I mainly play Space Marines of my own chapter, the Vermilion Wings.
While I don't actually play Inquisitor (I had never gotten the chance to, sadly, and not many people play here anymore, it's all about Magic 'round these here parts), I still love 40k, and Dark Heresy and enjoy the fiction. I'm partway through the second Eisenhorn novel, I love it a lot.
