Title: Back-2-Base-ix Brushes
Post by: Inquisitor Dionzi on December 10, 2012, 05:23:48 PM
Has anyone tried their brushes? I'm thinking of buying some, but I'd like to know how they perform.

They're based in Adelaide, which is a little bit too far away for most of us if we're just after paintbrushes. (http://i42.tinypic.com/rjfk2v.jpg)

Without being sarcastic, I've never felt any desire for folding brushes - even enough to just research my options, let alone experimentally buy any at considerably more than the cost of regular ones (even before exchange commission, import VAT or international postage).

The only justification I can think of is to make losing the caps for brushes harder (I have had to replace a few lost ones with polystyrene tube over time), because packing brushes smaller for transport is a bit redundant given the space needed to transport other essentials, such as models and paints.
