Title: Inquisitor models
Post by: voltiguer on December 29, 2013, 04:59:54 PM
Hello,

I wanted some opinions, i want to sel my GW inquisitor models, have the models that where availble in the GW-shops and some from the specialist range. Was thinking of selling everything together at 10€-15€ a piece, most are unassembled, 2 started to paint, around 25 models and some double for bits, was thinking of asking 300€ total? Thanks for your reactions.

Cheers,

Dirk

I'd say your best bet would be to sell em individually. I saw someone trying to sell about 30 Inq models at an extremely low price without luck on eBay.

yeah, if you're going to sell them on ebay, maybe put a 7€ reserve on each to ensure it still gets reasonable price, then stick it up with open bidding - if you've got something especially rare like the Imperial Citizens or Generstealer Magus conversion kit then it'll go for more by itself than in a bulk lot.

When you do put them up on eBay, give us links to follow! That way, we'll know what to bid on.

Not sure if this post is in time or you have already posted to ebay, but I will give my advice.

People tend to go to ebay to find specific things or get a deal. If you are posting lots, I would say no more than 5 models per lot, and set a reserve. Again rare models should be their own auction.  If the bidding on a lot of models goes too high it will deter people so you want to start with small lots to encourage more people to bid.

I will bid on a lot of 5 models if I want 3, but if its a lot of 10 models and I only want 3 I wont bid.
