As some of you may be aware, Specialist Arms is closing down (https://www.specialist-arms.com/forum/index.php?topic=17028.0)
As you may not be aware, we share a bit of history with those fine folks over at SA. Just as we were spin off from the Specialist Games Inquisitor forum, SA were spun off from the Epic and BFG forums, and hosted a ton of files related to them.
They have taken the sensible decision that they do not want to continue paying hosting for a forum and hosting when Discord has largely supplanted them. I can relate to their logic, although there is a certain autonomy that comes from hosting our own material, not beholden to another company.
I wish them well, and salute our fallen brethren.
