He looks strangely like Kif from Futurama!

He's pretty good though - the holster looks far too large, and I'm not too keen on the bent knees, but otherwise I like him.  Can we see him alongside a stock miniature?

I echo Dave's comment about the holster being rather large, but other than that, I like it a lot.

Great job on all the 'fiddly bits' (the chest detail, and the ribbed back of the collar in particular.)

Wow!

I rather like the knees (the angle from the back shows his pose rather more accurately than the front shot), and the holster... well, we all know how big 40k pistols are!  I think my main crit is his staff which seems too large and around which his fingers don't seem to naturally wrap.

Fab work though.  Definitely nearly at the "for heaven's sake, cast it commercially" stage.

R.

Well, this takes me back to an age I don't normally dwell on.  Most nostalgic.  There is a touch of B-movie about him, but that's only fitting in a genestealer magus.

I love the pose though, like he's just spotted (or is blessing) someone.

Its nowhere near the 'for gods sake, cast it commercially' stage, but thanks for thinking so. As to the pose, I agree that the photo's really don't do it justice, but it was based on the Magus in the Grey Knights sketch in Codex Imperialis.

Good sir, I do love thy magus.  :P

He's looking very good at this point.
