well I was looking to make a cool warp fiend and came up with these little guys
using the NEW gargoyles and bitz from the chaos spawn
as they currently are they will work for either 28mm or 54mm

Very nice. Very gribbly. I particularly like the one on the right, although the other is neat too. How do you plan on painting them?
