In the wake of Necris' apparent death and his new position I've opted to create a few new miniatures.
First on the plate will be a new Necris in his finery as the new Head of the Order of the Iron Rose.
Secondly I think I'll make a new Jarred Cross as the Inquisitor he has become, I am seeing him like a rough and ready version of Necris with a few tweaks and differences.
And finally the biggest of the project I'm planning a third Inquisitor warband of one of the Iron Rose's most elusive members and a rebirth of one of my old miniatures Inquisitor Pavor Vepres with a new warband of Sicarius operatives 2 female and 2 male along with a new Vepres.
Sounds like a challenging project with some interesting concepts, look forward to seeing it progress.
Will Necris be in a full-body harness to ameliorate his hideously broken spine and neck?
R.
No he wont, he doesn't even have his bionic arm any more....
I was in face truly inspired by Dave's Calleia model and I think I may look to that for inspiration, though I may use some different parts the general idea is to present him as a Lord Inquisitor over a Field Inquisitor.
As such though I've started plotting out what I'm intending for Vepres' henchmen I'll post more when I'm feeling more awake.
He was as flat as a pancake! How did he recover so fast?
He must have himself some very good health insurance.
You really should read the conclave follow up for necris I know I left it open and vague but needless to say he arrived as Lord Calleia was finishing his speech without a scratch something has defiantly changed about him, for a start he's no longer got his bionic which was grown back within a few hours of his apparent demise.
so yes he does have a good health plan, not a convenient one but a good one

That makes me want to make a Chirurgeon called Bupa!
I have a question regarding some of the members of one of the warbands I'm building
I'm using a Severina or Sevora miniature but I want to change the arms how easy is this? I'm curious as I want to drop the arms to make it look as though she is preparing to receive an attack not poised halfway through an attack
can any one make any suggestions please
Hate to say it but its increadably hard. Your better off cutting her shoulders off and sculpting your own arms. At least, thats been my experience
Nevermore'a right, it will be quite hard as even with the arms removed, the shoulders and chest are pulled up with the raised arms so it will need a lot of filing and re-sculpting to get it to look right.
Once you've prepared the torso though, you might be able to use Cadian arms, suitably lengthened and filed smooth if you're keeping the skin tight look, if you've got any that is. The hands are about the right size too which helps.
I had thought as much, a massive removal of the shoulders and realignment of the spine
Well that's a bitch
Ah well best dig out the old razor saw
