I am thinking of making a tau warband including a rouge trader, a pathfinder, a vespid, a kroot and a foot shas'vre, any Ideas on how to do it without self sculpts.

Well, the makeup salesman is easy, because the Tau don't have makeup salesmen. So that's just going to be a "normal" human model.

The Kroot... GW do a Kroot model.

The Tau... there's a guy called Papah who does an "Alien Commander", that most certainly does not resemble a Tau in anyway.

The Vespid... You might be able to get another Kroot and convert it into one, but whatever you do, it's going to take a lot of putty work.

However, I do have to say that you're focusing on a very militant side of the Tau, which is not what Inquisitor is about. The Tau are a perfect candidate to produce diplomatic teams that include alien races who perhaps specialise in something other than blowing things to bits.

Ah, the dreaded 'rouge' trader strikes again. Indeed, as has already been said, the rogue trader will be quite easy, as will the Kroot. For the Tau pathfinder, you may want to look at the Eversor model for inspiration (much like fellow 'claver Kaled has done). Likewise, I've seen a very good Vespid that was made with a selection of Tyranid parts.

Ha ha ha. Nothing wrong with the colour red ;D
To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
