Head swap, perhaps boots over the gorilla feet, hairy feral ogryn... indeed, why aren't ogryns hairy? be a great look for them.

Unfortunately, their store lists the size as 60mm. Some other abhuman perhaps, but this guy is just not big enough to be an Ogryn.

It is on a 30 mm base, so I would say from the pictures that it is about 35 mm tall.
