So I am getting back into Inquisitor after a 4-5 year hiatus.  I broke out my figures and took some pictures to get some opinions.  I intend to complete what isn't finished over the next couple weeks.  I will post more as I get them complete.  I don't have my background story down for my Inquisitor yet, he has gone through many different identities over the years.  I think I am interested in the Istvaanian branch of the Inquisition.  I think this could provide a great bit of depth for background and give me the ability to bring in all kinds of characters.  If anyone has any thoughts, please help me out.  So anyway on to pictures.

This is my Inquisitor, an amalgamation of a few different =I= figures.

My Imperial Guard Officer with sabre.

Guardsman scared out of his mind!

I like this conversion, turning the enforcer into a Guard sniper.

I wanted a fanatical priest with a very big eviscerator.

These are just generic henchmen I built.

These are the alien bounty hunter with the conversion kit.  I also added Mordhiem gladiator claws to the one on the  right.

Hopefully I posted the images right and they show up like they are supposed too.  Any and all constructive comments are appreciated.  I look forward to posting more updates soon!  Thanks.

I really like your inquisitor and your sniper a good combinations of parts and full of character I also like your fanatic with his eviscerator
This here is my very favourite gun...I call her rita.

I love the Inquisitor. Great and unusual combination of parts, I've never even considered using von Castellans arms on Covenants torso. The paint jobs look good too, especially the guardsmen.

Once again proving there's still life in the old bits! Original and brilliant conversions coming out of body parts that are pushing on 7+ years old, kudos to you sir!

In fact, I may be stealing the malicant's head on josef's body approach... I like that model quite a bit..!

I don't suppose anyone would have any idea how the reverse would work? (e.g Covenants arms on Von Castellans torso?)

Adlan

I love the Big Eviscerator. It's a Chain Halberd, or possibly a Chain Eel Spear. A Can Opener or a stick.

Thanks for all the replies guys! As I get my other models built I will post them up. As far as covenant's arms, in the henchmen photo you can see them on slick devlan's torso so I don't see why they wouldn't fit on van castellan's. If you want I can take a closer pic of that model. It also uses josef's head.

Malicant's head on Josef did require some green stuff work to connect the hood. Thanks again for the comments.

I would add though, that 'dusty base syndrome' is not a good look for otherwise excellently painted models. You should definitely pay some attention to their bases, as it is viewed by most people that the model isn't finished unless it's based ;)

Just a scattering of sand painted brown and a bit of flock would do, you'd be surprised how much a difference it makes.

Ya I just broke them out and had to dust them off. The ones without basing are not finished yet. I still have a few more highlights to finish and I save the basing for last. I probably should have cleaned the bases before I took photos but hindsight is 20/20.  They will look better once i finish them. Thanks again for all the comments. I'll ge more photos up soon.

I might need help with some backgrounds, I know where I want to go with them but I'm not the best writer.

Multiple identities and Istvaanian/Istvannian beliefs are a good match up, especially if he's one of the more radical followers of those beliefs, a good way to keep himself safe from recrimination.
