Originally Kaiser was supposed to me an NPC I would use as GM but I was a little bored and decided to make a group of his most trusted allies.

I saw Kaiser as an old Trader that is at the end of his life. His ship has been falling to bits and understaffed for decades, and while he may have an inferno pistol it's just him keeping up appearances but in reality he cant afford to use it when ever he wants.

Johnson V
Medical Servo skull. Johnson follows Kaiser at all time, so that if ever he has a medical emergence because of his age Johnson will be there.

Hermano
I liked the idea of a sniper that was small so that it would be even harder to shoot back at him.  No conversions to the model. I painted him white because I figure that during long travels a ratling would love to work as a cook on board the ship.

Manos
Manos is a psychic mutant .  His job is to listen in to both comms and peoples thoughts so that if anyone is trying to cheat Kaiser in a deal, Manos will be aware of it and will pass the information on.
I painted his robes white and his equipment gold because I loved the idea that he is trying to hide that he is a mutant.  It's only when people get close enough to him to smell his rotting flesh that they realise.

Dimitri Wilhelm
Kaiser's Ex-Wife's brother (Ex brother in law?)
He swore an oath to protect Kaiser and even though his sister left Kaiser 10 years into the marriage he kept his oath.

Angelus
After seeing the newest season of Game of Thrones all I can say is giant wolfs are cool!
A family tradition with the Wilhelms is that each member is given one of their home world's Black Wolfs to be used as they see fit.  (Some just see it as a pet where as other see it as a tool)  Angelus is Dimitri's black wolf.
A giant wolf might not fit into every scenario(I'm sure some places in the 41st millennium have no pet's aloud rules), but it can sit games out when it wouldn't fit.

Shannow

Absolutely brilliant stuff there, the blue sword works really well and his cloak is very crisp and regal.

The wolf is a nice bit of character, not enough mutant animals I feel in Inq sometimes.

However please do the bases, that would really finish them pff perfectly:)

Rob
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Time to die.

Heroka Vendile

that's some nice characterful conversions there
It's all fun and games until someone shoots their own guy with a Graviton gun instead of the MASSIVE SPIDER.
The Order of Krubal
Rewards Of The Enemy

KrautScientist

Love how sinister and rund down your warband looks! You can really tell Kaiser is on his last leg there!  :)

I agree about the bases, though. Do those and you'll have something extraordinary on your hands!

Extra kudos for using a Khorne Berzerker head on the bodyguard  ;)

Thanks guys.

One thing I'd love to do at some point is make a young Kaiser thats at a point in his life before everything went wrong.

I know I need to do something with the bases. In the past I just done grass or desert but I feel like that suits the battlefields of 40k better.
Maybe I'll do metal floors with bolts, and odd piece of junk on the more empty bases.  Give them an industrial feel.

Dolnikan

They look very good, I like how Kaiser's cloak is a bit tattered. Wilhelm also looks a bit like a mutant, but that could just be his teeth.
Circles of the wise My attempt at writing something, please comment on it if you have any advise.

May The Emperor protect us from the dakness of the void. That or we can run around in little cricles and wave our arms and shout
