Why not start with some 54mm academy figures which will put you better in the ball park? These are too expensive, but seem to be a better starting point.

Don't bother with these, I bought the female pack and they are really to small, too skinny and the heads are smaller then the sister repentia (which I believe to be the smallest in the range)

I like the models - they're very characterful and look like they could be 40k-ified quite easily.  Lengthening them to look right against GW models probably will be difficult but should be worth it.

I'm afraid they'll never make it to inquisitor now, backyard made me an offer I very simply couldn't refuse! Hopefully he'll paint them up and show us anyway
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Time to die.

QuoteI've only just followed that link and rather like that vehicle.  Does anyone know how big it is?  Is it big enough to work in Inquisitor?  It looks like it could be 40k-ified without too much effort.

Dug mine out of storage in the vain hopes I finish it:

I take back what I said, it just might work with Inquisitor...

Kaled

It looks like a fair size for Inquisitor. Are to thinking of 40k-ifying it as some sort of PDF vehicle or somesuch?

Its actually for my weird war II in 1/35th. Im not fond of vehicles in Inquisitor except as background pieces or collateral to damage.

Flinty

Ah - that also saves me trying to photgraph the Machinen Krieger Melusine figure I got from E-Bay the other day (the guy in the suit on the left).

As Backyard suggests - its not really Imperial as a stock figure, but I can see that being converted to something like an A.I robot, some sort of Xenos tech, or a Squ... sorry, Demiurge armoured suit - although its probably a bit on the large side for that.

I think if you put those MaK figures on a base no one will be able to tell the scale difference! They are coming out with them in Kit form from Hasegawa early this summer, so you don't have to try an customize the vinyl ones (ouch).

Excellent - I hope they extend the range to some of the other kits currently in 1/20, there are some really nice concepts there.

Agreed! By converting I meant 'sticking things on' - any attempt at taking a knife to these I can see ending up as 50% vinyl and 50% finger...
