I have nothing productive to add; I just wanted to say that your sculpting skills are incredible and these are some particularly beautiful pieces of work. I feel good work shouldn't go uncommended, so here I am commending you, and turning green with envy :p

Spiracles and head are now finished.

Here is a bit of terrain I'v started making based on a metal tyrant guard. I'm not sure whether it will be a Hive node or a spawn pool.

Also this is a concept image of a Ymgarl genestealer.

I think it may be nice good idea to base a unique cult warband, being independent from the hive mind. Or maybe just an interesting enemy allowing for tyranid interaction without the need for and impending swarm invasion

A Ymgarl genestealer cult is on my to build list too. I have an old Red Terror model to use as a basis as getting hold of an Inquisitor genestealer is tricky! With the Red Terror you also have the advantage of a tail. Sculpting a pelvis will be necessary, but seeing the work above, I don't think you'll have any trouble!

Sorry for the lack of updates.
Recently I got the board game 'Chaos in the Old World' and with such games there is excess card form which the various counters are cut out form. This I use to make some cheap large scale terrain.

These shall be painted in metallic colours.

It looks very interesting. Very industrial-like and fitting for the setting.
Circles of the wise My attempt at writing something, please comment on it if you have any advise.
