Old Conclaver Returning

[Casus Belli]

Hey, I'm an old time Conclaver from a couple of the previous incarnations, I posted under a different name back then, but I'm a bit more hesitant about using my real name on the internet these days. Anyway, just reporting in after about two years of absence.

At the moment I'm trying my hand at a bit of writing with a story called Fire For The Damned. My ambition is probably bigger than my ability, but please have a look and give me any feedback you have.

Also why the word filters? It just seems a bit funny for it to be fine to talk about ultra-violence and the dark practices of Imperial society, but at the same time have to word filter the Anglo-Saxon word for faeces.

Welcome Back to the Conclave!

This is worthy of a yellow welcome, with the new name and all that. Word filters also boggle me, but then again, in the anglosaxon world certain words are very feared, people might read them I guess.

Same reason as newspapers do it. Apparently, people die in gruesome ways all the time so it's not a problem, but linguistic standards must be met so as not to force our children into bad habits. ~_~
