He is a rather well muscled grot, but life in ork society must whittle down those that aren't in shape.  He's got lots of personality, although I quietly believe a true revolutionary should be shirtless.  The squigs got a real red angry look to him too - a nice combination.
I had better point out, that some of the clubs I represent are of a military bent.

I agree with what Adam said above - it's great to see when a model and a character just gel brilliantly together. I wish I could sculpt like that!
