Quick question on ordering 54mm Inquisitor models from GW

So I've been preparing to start some work on a few 54mm models for Inquisitor and as such have been keeping my eyes out for deals. However, I have noticed GW is often providing extra bits for select kits (Barbaretta, Delvan, etc.), and this may be an influence on whether I purchase the kits from GW.

The question I have is as follows: Do the kits that come with extra bits from GW come with all the bits from the alternate character (IE not just head swaps, etc)? In other words does Barbaretta come with both Lucretia's heads and does Slick come with Damien's trophy racks/ shotgun?

Another quick question too: Does Sgt. Black have any bits not pictured in GW's picture (I noticed his model is missing from the link I have)?

Yes, most of the time, i ordered slick, and it arrived on wednesday with all the parts in, but i can't garuntee you will get this every time, as that is the only kit i have bought straight from GW, the other one was 2nd hand and half assembled
