Having set this guy on my players I decided I could share his rules.  C&C welcome as always.  His background can be found in this earlier thread http://www.the-conclave.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=737.msg12189#msg12189

Magos Dhaan

WS   BS   S    T     I    Wp  Sg   Nv   Ld
54    71   83  81  57  81   86   78   62

Skills: Being so heavily augmented, Dhaan is ambidextrous, and also has the medic skill in the unlikely event he's trying to fix anyone.  He also has the terrifying attribute to mechanicus characters - to their eyes, there's just something very wrong about him.

Psychic Powers;
Dhaan has the psychic powers storm of lightning, machine empathy and psychic shield.  These represent his unncanny mastery of tech rather than genuine psychic abilities, hence bypass any defences to such.  Rather than willpower, Dhaan tests against his Sagacity to use them, and also suffers burnout to such.  As his sagacity drops, so does his sanity.

Equipment : Dhaan has 8 points of power armour on all locations, and carries a force - shock halberd (Sg test for +d10 shock damage)
I had better point out, that some of the clubs I represent are of a military bent.

You know what you are?  A plywood shark!

With the force shock halberd, can you explain the rules more clearly? Is it a force halberd that has Sg replacing Wp, or does it also have the shock rules?

Are there rules for him losing his sanity?

Myriad

The force shock halberd is a force weapon with Sg replacing Wp, and the extra damage has the shock rules.

I have scribbled down somewhere that if his Sg drops below a certain level he becomes subject to frenzy, but so far I've not been able to come up with rules for losing his sanity I'm fully happy with, as opposed to roleplaying it.
