Autumn Conclave - October 29th 2011

29th of October is best for me as I'll be employed in a wholly more flexible job than the one I'm currently in.

Okay... I know we've not had ballots in from several of our regulars, but I've now got ten votes for the 29th. That's enough to edge out the eight for the 8th, and enough that I'm not worried about not having an event.

The 29th is the marginally less convenient date for me, as it's a school holiday, so the family will be narrowboating and I'll have to get a train back home from London on Friday evening - but this is no big deal and at least means I can be pretty sure there'll be a car free. (Should save me having to carry everything on the train.)

Anyway, I'll give it the rest of today and perhaps tomorrow to see if we get any more votes in, but short of a voting frenzy or GW suddenly vetoing it, I expect it'll be on the 29th.

Okay, in the absence of any additional votes for the 8th, the e-mail has gone in to book 8 tables for the 29th of October. In other words, voting closed.
