A frigate will still be more than powerful enough, most people who are targets for the inquisition will not even have access to space ships, and when they do they will most often have a small vessel, once someone got his or her hands on a warship they become a problem for the navy. Added to that capital ships are rare, taking one away from  the battlefleets will seriously hamper operations without giving much advantage to an inquisitor, a frigate will be more than enough for most purposes.

For the troops, a company will be enough for most occasions, a regiment is much harder to keep supplied in a way that could approach secrecy. When there is a full scale conflict requisitioning more troops will be more effective than always transporting a full regiment.

Thanks.
I changed the ship to a Frigate, and also gave Jericus a little paralyzing pain. (Skill: Nerve-poisoned)

The nerve-wrecked thing makes sense but I would try to make it somewhat less likely to occur. Right now he will suffer from it a lot of times in the game, someone with such a handicap would probably not last very long as an inquisitor. Perhaps give him a large modifier for the test?
