so, following on from The Count, i've begun work on some more cultists :)

first is Reaper's Belladonna with a sword from the old school Chaos Warrior sprue (it matches Lady Gregorians' ; gonna have a similar one on all the cultists i think)

next is Eolith's Lady Gregorian; i took off the stake from the sword sheath and her thigh and added a pistol holster (although i may take it off and just shove a 40k marine one there); all the cultists will have an autopistol and a sword to keep things simple :)
i tried to turn her + necklace into a chaos star, but it's just too small  :-[

sorry for the poor pic; way to tired to concentrate on anything :P
i make no apologies, i warned you my ability to roll ones was infectious...

Very, Very Nice!

Looking good.

What did you do with the necklace? I replaced it with a skull on my conversion.

Nothing about them is particularly screaming 'CHAOS!' at the moment, but I like them anyway. Definitely looking forward to seeing them painted.

Great work on repositioning Belladonna's arm.

I quite like understated chaos, especially in Inquisitor. nice simple conversions. looking forwards to the paint jobs.

You can do a lot with a paintjob: sigil tattoos, pale skin, deep shading on eyes and suchlike.

this is exactly the theory; nice and generic enough they could be from almost any world, supporting any power.

There's plenty of Mutants and twisted aberrations out there, but for cheap throwaway chaff i've kept it simple :)
i've painted Gregorian, but now i wish i'd have done something with the jacket, so i'll be carefully filing that filigree off (sorry Steve!) and painting a nice chaos star on the back before i take any pics :)

also working on Eolith's Frankenstein; making him "whole"; removing some of the stitches, repairing his face and either going bald (like Isaac C. Singleton Jr, on the right) or a big set of dreadlocks.
