I like his apron, it has the look of a man who fears being shot and is also simplisitic, so has just attached a sheet of metal to the front of him, fits Maggit anyway I think.

I wouldn't worry too much about the 2 shot pistol, my bounty hunter leader Bar has a double barrelled shotgun and in the game I played on saturday with brimstone (first ever wooo) he fired one barrel at one character and one at another and didn't have to reload at all, so just give him a few reloads and he should be ok.

Demo charge is a good idea though! What close combat weapon does he have btw? Maybe just give him a knife or something?

Even if the mask sculpt goes wrong from what you planned it might look better, as it might work well as sort of a mask that covers his scars but at the same time parodies them...

Have a go anyway, sculpting is very fun and enjoyable

Well there is no close combat on the model itself right now, but it came with a sword, so I may attach that to him.

Then I'll just see how the mask goes
