First off, want to appologise for the pics, i'm waiting for  my camera to be returned to me from the trip my wife decided it needed to go on with her.


To start it off, I have the founding member of a Dark Mechanicus warband, that i'll be working on over the next I dont know how long..

He's pretty much the eisenhorn model, with a few replaced parts.


Next up, we have the group of diminutive travelers i've been working on for awhile now. Its a small warband atm, and i've only got 1 more member planned for it, but he's still a while away. none of them are based, as I am currently trying to decide on how I want to base them.

I've also done an overhaul on my Name sake, but the new paint scheme that I've gone for with his warband, just does not translate well in the pictures i'm getting of my phone atm, so they will have to wait untill I get my camera back, so I can get some decent pictures of them.

Hooray! Someone else who has made a warband from a box set of Ogres

I really like what you've done with them, especially the Dark Mechanicus - I honestly didn't recognise Eisenhorn underneath all that conversion work, and I thought I'd seen every conversion possible! Good work, I look forward to see what else you do with them.

The only thing I would say is that Wilk's gun and ammo hopper is MASSIVE! I couldn't even begin to guess what you use it as, but I wouldn't want to be on the business end of it!

I got the inspiration to use the ogre's from a friend of mine, who has gotten squat fever for inquisitor. At last count, I think he had over 20 squats at 54mm, using ogryn's and ork's in mega armor, but he has never used the fantasy ogre's. So I figured I'd give them a shot to make my own.

Wilk's gun is rather huge, the initial idea was going to be a smaller version of a thud gun, but at current I've got no rules / stats for it. The picture doesn't show it, but it's actually an interchangeable weapon. Small magnets in the shoulder joint, let's the weapon be changed. Though I've not gotten round to make any other weapons for him yet.

The dark mechanicus is indeed Eisenhorn, he started out as an accolyte I was going to be using for one of my concept inquisitor's but I changed my mind on him, pulled him apart and decided I needed an Ad-mech as I've not built any of those yet.

I've not got any background or stats for any of them, ran into a bit of a mental block when it comes to those. Trying to get balanced enough stats for my space midgets, as it seems every time I throw together some stats, and do a quick play test, I've either got them horribly over powered, or they get chewed up by my cannon fodder npc's. The Ad-mech I'm waiting until I get a couple more members of the warband before I worry about hi stats.
