He looks great - those hands work really well at 54mm. I look forward to seeing him painted.

Really starting to develop a personality this model.  Could use the services of a hairdresser, but that's part of his vibe.
I had better point out, that some of the clubs I represent are of a military bent.

I have to invest in some grey knights bits and bobs, they look great with yourvown bits of sculpt!
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Love it so far, I agree the hair change the model completely and I like it.

Nice use of the terminator parts, might have to get myself some  ;)
