Well, again, lack of background does make it hard to know.

But, as is, there's only one particular problem I can see. Blademaster suggests a dedicated knife fighter, but his WS of 46 (barely competent) says the opposite.
A desperado is a shooty character archetype, so I wouldn't normally start giving them close combat skills (although the right background could justify it).

He is not/ will not be blue, this is just an example pic of the model, need to get hold of a camera to take pics of the actual chars.
