Parts combination

Hello all!

I am wondering if the quovandius legs would work with the bounty hunter torso. Has anyone used this combination before, and if so, do you have a pic?

I know I am being cheeky, but if anyone has these two parts, and has time to pop them together with blu-tack and take a pic that would be awesome too!

I don't know that I've ever seen those two parts together, but it's worth noting that the bounty hunter has a slightly slender waist (though not as bad as Covenant's), I'm not sure how sizeable Quovandius' is as I've never owned/handled an unassembled one.

Taking quick measurements, I make the max. dimensions for quovandius 10mm groin to rump and 11.5mm across the hips.  Can't help with the bounty boy however.

But looking here, a small spacer might be needed between legs and torso to avoid the bounty's coat hem clashing with quo's wider stance.

parts to use will be quovandius' legs, bounty hunter body (with GS coat tails)

jan van yastobaal arms, with staff.

GS head with hat.

GS boots onto feet.

sorry, i am old enough to remember he-man and vivi always reminds me of orko

regarding the parts, could look really good, hopefully once you have all the bits a simple dry fit will tell you if its going to work

hahaha, yes I too am old enought top remember he-man.

as for the look of the model, I am trying to really merge the two aesthetics together, focusing more on the grimdark, and just using visual tie-ins to the vivi character, such as blue coat, striped trousers etc, and give it a grittier more decrepid look.

as for the rest of auriel, I really am at a loss, as it is a lovely model, scales very well, and looks great. I am planning on using her cloak on a rogue trader conversion.

As for the model herslf, any inspiration would be appreciated, as the book and hands make it difficult to have her with anything else (although she does look good holding the book. I am really trying to come up with a good archetype for the model. scribe? administratum? daemon studier? help please!!
