Is there really a good justification behind this warband, looking at the componant members it does seem that it is just an excuse to introduce the cooler aspects of the Dark Eldar into Inquisitor. ....

In "Nightbringer" a rogue Dark Eldar, well, Archon, I suppose he was, was off on his own, messing around with Humanity, cutting deals, and all that.  He had his own personal "surgeon" too, alongside a small army of warriors.  And independant pirate, essentially, which could work really well in Inqusitor.  The Incubii, though, I think they're pretty hard to justify, outside of, say, a boarding action.  And this isn't 40k, or Kill Team even.

Though, delving entirely into the Dark Eldar, and Commoragh, that might be interesting.  Recreating a small scale coup against the Archon of a Kabal, maybe just as a backstory mission.

I think the best course of action will be to expand the models I have access to, and then play with a selection that is required. but that will have to be long term.

I will work on some background next, and seeing as i have never properly done that before I will start with the 20questions.

Thank you to those who helped with input on my questions.

I don't think an Incubi is too out of place, there just has to be a very good reason for him (her?) to be protecting whoever it is that s/he's protecting.  When we're on about incubi in games its the protection bit that is crucial.  As Inquisitor Cade said, they don't go AWOL nor do they go on covet missions.  It'll be acceptable if, say, an inquisitor happened to stumble across the lair of a haemonculus.  The haemonculus and incubi will both likely be present in this instance.  Also, if you can justify the prescence of this high ranked and powerful dark eldar that the incubi is protecting then you're sorted on that front.

I agree with the immediately above, but would emphisize that a Haemonculus lair is a very rare thing, esspecially outside of Commoragh.
*Insert token witticism*

Perhaps, but you wouldn't need an Inquisitor to poke around one if they were common, would you? ;)
An Inquisitor walks into a bar - he rolls D100 to see if he hits it.
