Where did the rules for chaos psychic powers go?

I had a copy of exterminatus magazine 3 i think it was that had chaos powers published as well as rules for chaos magus etc...
I have unfortunately lost my copy and am in need of the rules.

Any idea where they can be found? I'm after the published 'official' ones, not home made...
Any suggestions would be wonderful
