righto so since my last set of characters (many moons ago) were met by severe punitive comments by all i thought id have another go and see if ive got the stats to the Claves standards
Ok so heres Interrogator Davlire Freed of the Ordo Xenos. He is currently under the tuition of Inquisitrix Le'Quinnes, so hes probably going to end up slightly rogue, shes off chasing Eldar Webways currently with her two "minders". Freed on the other hand is being accompanied by Father Molena, a priest, and Brother Bethor a black templars marine stationed on the planet of Herkol, where the Templars recruit neophytes. So without ado heres his profile and stats. Ill post his actual background tommorrow as i cant find it on disc at the moment.

Nice statline, but I have to ask, do you have a model in mind? To me, it sounds a lot like the model Adam Cunis posted up in the P&M forum :P

The stats are pretty rounded, nice and refined, without all the usual 'gunfighter ambidextrous' nonsense. Maybe the conversion field is a bit much alongside Dodge? He is an interrogator though, so it wouldn't be a far stretch of imagination to believe he'd have access to one...
An Inquisitor walks into a bar - he rolls D100 to see if he hits it.

I thought that as well, actually - kudos to you if you indeed won!

INQ28, done properly, is at least the equal of its big brother - and Mol is one of the expert proponents of "done properly".

That was a bargain price, I thought.

A little more explanation for the presence of Bethor might be required.  Are Molena and Freed checking the spiritual purity of potential Templars recruits?

Yeah the minis already completed, just have to trade left hands around so he will have a power maul not a halberd. Saw that mini on ebay a good 4 days ago, lovin the fact he had two seperate minis for 1 character, nice idea......
sorry i cant actually type properly as ive pulled my neck and shoulder at work today...so my dads having to type for me, hence why this took almost 15 minutes to write up lol.
@ PO.......no he and Molena are there simply investigating an Eldar webway for Le'Quinnes, and it turns out that the Eldar have slaughtered all of the Templars, leaving Bethor for dead. Freed and Molena find him and he merely joins them to regain some honour and allow himself to die in combat against the Eldar.....

No space marine should "merely" do anything, IMO.  If that's the backstory, then Bethor should be almost mad with grief and rage against the alien filth: a powerful asset, but ready to snap and go berserk at any moment.  He comes from the geneseed of the cool, calculating demigod, Rogal Dorn.  But Dorn's temper, when it snapped, was as legendary as his heroic deeds.  Bethor should represent this dark, uncontrollable side of the Astartes: a character as likely to turn on his allies (should they prove too weak or cowardly) as on his enemies.

Good  stats, it is so annoying when people build super powerful characters and expect to enjoy the game
If you catch sight of me twice your either lucky or not worth exterminating
